dc.description.abstractRésuMé La tuberculose ostéoarticulaire s’observe souvent sur un terrain immunodéprimé en particulier le VIH. Nous rapportons un cas rare de tuberculose de la cheville gauche chez un patient adulte jeune âgé de 45 ans immunocompétent. Le diagnostic a été bactériologique par la mise en évidence dans du pus de l’articulation de la cheville gauche des bacilles de Koch sensibles à la Rifampicine. Le traitement a été médical selon le protocole national du Bénin
