With the increasing number of connected objects in the world, security is essential for various Internet of Things (IoT) objects to protect sensitive data and infrastructure. As these objects have very limited resources, traditional security mechanisms are not suitable for IoT objects. The issue of security has become crucial for IoT to mitigate the security risks for organizations as well as for end users. This paper presents a bibliometric study to get structural overview of the work done using the keywords solution AND hacking AND IoT AND network AND services. We use Dimensions database as a data source, VOSviewer and bibliometric methods to visually analyze 10751 papers published in the research area of IoT hacking in network services from 2012 through 2022. We provide co-author maps, keyword co-citations, citations, bibliographic links, or co-citations based on the bibliographic data and keyword analysis.
