Abstract

the article introduces territorial transmutations wich enable new ways of development for local administrative units.We focus on relocated firms within the past five years. Over 90% of those companies are located along four main shopping streets of the citys .the analysis shows that an increasingly number of the houses where those companies are located are sold and repurchased by foreigners who set up huge commercial activities. This process favors the concentration of economic activities, generates some changes in social relations among the local agents, and gives new ways of territorial developpement
