dc.description.abstractLe but de ce travail était de rapporter une expérience exceptionnelle. Une jeune fille, déficiente psy-chomotrice et porteuse d’une polymalformation intéressant entre autres la tête et le cou, a bénéficié deux fois avec succès d’une anesthésie générale avec intubation pour césarienne. Mots-clés : déficience psychomotrice, anesthésie générale, césarienne ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to report an exceptional experience. A girl, carrying psychomotor im-pairment and deformity including head and neck, has twice successfully received general anesthesia with intubation for caesarean section.
