Abstract
This article presents the results of a survey, which aims to analyze public policies transformed into
a space of actions where models of representation of reality are built, models that influence social action and
social relations. Indeed, public policies constitute a field of action which mobilizes categories of actors driven
by different motivations who act for the resolution of a social problem identified and decided by the public
authority. Qualitative in nature, the research was carried out on the basis of interviews with a reasoned
sample of twenty individuals of both sexes. In terms of results, it provides information on the rationalities and
logics that emerge from the willingness of actors to exploit public policies in order to safeguard or derive
particular interests. In addition, this work elucidates the representation models that structure the logics of
action around public policies and assesses their impact.
