dc.description.abstractObjective: The aim of the present study related to the food of the students of INJS of Lome (Togo) is to allow to study weight, size, BMJ, food consumption and energy use. Population and Methods: The survey carried out on 42 students of 25 years old, has been constituted according to record energy use and the weight of food consumption. Results: The results showed that the energy balance is negative; with a total energy intake of 2890.15 ± 411.18 kcal and a total energy use evaluated to 2940.76 ± 155.06 kcal. The rate of requirement of this school of sports nutritional needs for the surveyed population is of 97.95 %. According to our analysis the food of the students is qualitatively and quantitatively unbalanced
