Constructivism gave the idea of its existence during the last period of the 19th century and thrived in the 20th century and had to play a prominent role in EFL teaching and learning process. The most striking difficulty teachers come across is correlated to the way to use this theory efficiently in their instruction settings. This article intends to enquire basically about the end product of constructivist learning theory in language classes and especially in Beninese EFL education context. The methodology includes both quantitative and qualitative methods in the administration of questionnaire sheets to 56 EFL teachers, 53 collected, the sample size being 47, 100 university students of English department, 100 collected, the sample size is 80 through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails. It is necessary to mention that interviews were conducted with 10 qualified and experienced instructors, the sample size is 10, who contributed a lot. The results discovered stereotypically that EFL instructors do not make full and appropriate use of constructivism, although it will play an important role in EFL teaching and learning in all educational systems. It should be put forward that EFL educators really use the current theory so as to help learners construct their own knowledge among their mates by sharing mutually personal competences tolerably
