LA SANTE ENTRE LES LOGIQUES REFORMATRICES ET LES DYNAMIQUES FRONTALIERES ET MARCHANDES A MALANVILLE
Abstract
This paper relates the dynamic of relationship between different actors of health care system in a city near a border between Benin and Niger. The context of this field is characterized by economical and commercial transactions. It is also characterized by the general reorganisation of the public health care service. The paper tries to describe the main dysfunctional attitude of different actors of the system and the difficulties of making a new order of public health care system. Through this analyse the paper tries to show how the new order is confronted to actors interest. The analysis shows that the border and commercial daily interactions are more important than the health providing in Malanville-Karimama health care district.
