Abstract

The education Beninese’s system was the subject of several reforms in the past and the Benign one took part in several international conferences sanctioned by declaratory acts. In order to solving the problems with which the education system is confronted insufficiency qualification of the teaching personnel, the Benign one was committed in recruitment and the training of the teachers and so proceeded to the reopening of the teacher training schools which, meanwhile were closed, then with the opening to private of private teacher training schools for the initial training of the teachers. But in practice, of the failures are observed in this initial vocational training. Present research aims to arise the gaps and dysfunctions which block the quality of the initial vocational training of the teachers to the Benin one, by a study of the cases. At the end of research, one notes an insufficiency even an inexistence of materials and tools however necessary and essential to the success of the training activity and the acquisition of promoted competences; and an insufficiency of time masses. This state of affairs amplified by a low level of entry of the pupil’s teachers, who had with the procedure of study of file applied to the registered voters on a purely paying basis (ATP), has as a corollary a performance which is not always above waiting of the formation.
