In this paper, we deal with an insurance company with the ambition of becoming the leader in the Beninese insurance market. It has a commercial network with more than 1,000 brokers throughout the national territory. To improve the quality and relevance of the strategic decisions to be made for the development of the company's commercial activities, we proposed the implementation of a decision support system with the following objectives: identify the different categories of brokers, assign any new broker to one of the existing categories, and search for association rules that might exist among the different products studied.
