Abstract

SUMMARY Intracranial haemorrhage is a serious bleeding symptom in haemophiliacs specially children, resulting in high rate of mortality. We reported the case of a six and a half month old infant in whom an under dural hematoma led to the diagnosis of severe haemophilia. The aim of this observation was to em-phasize the prognostic value of early diagnosis and medico-surgical management.
